Eoin Morgan 85 Runs 87 Balls Innings one day Highlights vs England 2015
Australia keep their reputation alive as they go 9-1 up today in their last 10 encounters with England in ODIs. With this, they lead the series 2-0 now and have extended the momentum. We saw everything today - rain, then a delay, Warner getting retired hurt, Stokes given out for obstructing the field, wickets and runs. Australia clicked with the bat today, thanks to that 99-run stand between Bailey and Smith. Then it was some classy entertaining knocks that came from Watson and Marsh and took their total to 309.

Man of the Match goes to Mitchell Marsh - It's been a nice start. We have been great as a team in the last 18 odd months. Two wins in two and I am very happy. We have played well today and worked extremely hard. Ya the ball came off my bat nicely today than at Rose Bowl. We focused a lot on the lower order. A great win all-round. I think I was swinging too hard the other day, it came out well today.
Steven Smith - (On Morgan's reaction to Smith's appeal) Ya that is a little bit disappointing, there are umpires to make decisions. I was told if you pull your arm out at the ball, you are out. That was the decision made. The boys played well. They showed good character today. Very disappointed, Warner will be heading home and I hope the guy who comes in place for him does well for us. Our fielding was sloppy, batting and bowling came together. Hopefully we continue playing good cricket and seal the series in the next match.
Eoin Morgan - I think Australia were disciplined and they certainly outplayed us today. After winning the toss we didn't bowl well. I think we were disciplined enough with the ball early on, but later on we conceded too many. I managed to get some time in the middle. I think it's just a natural reaction to protect when the ball is coming at you. If I was the opposition captain, I would have withdrawn the appeal.
England will have themselves to blame again. After winning the toss and electing to bowl, their bowlers didn't do well and leaked runs. When they came out to bat, they got a start but none of their batsmen could convert those starts into a big one. It was the skipper who was the lone fighter, and Taylor once again played well to support him. It was Plunkett and Morgan's 55-run stand that brought the crowd alive but it just lasted for a mere 4 overs. England will have a huge task when they head for the third ODI.
The Aussie bowlers did an excellent job once again and that helped them to win the match. Pat Cummins was the best of the lot as he picked up a 4-fer while Starc, Coulter-Nile and Marsh scalped a wicket each. Part timer, Maxwell did well with the bat and proved worthy with the ball too. Smith will be the happy man.
